The “Elite Dealer” list is an annual “Who’s Who” within the national copier dealership community. Winners are selected based on a number of criteria, from corporate culture to marketing strategies and overall growth, to exhibiting a record of superior customer service.

(Coppell, TX - Dec. 22, 2021) — When Datamax Business Process Consultant Edward Robinson III was introduced to Arrow Child and Family Ministries in 2008, he was so moved by their story, he engaged his church (and has every year since).

This year, he also engaged his company.

Coppell, TX (Oct. 20, 2021) — Datamax is pleased to announce that two of its Service Managers have been awarded Canon USA’s Association of Technical Service Professionals (ATSP) Master Level Certification. At the time of this release, Justin Harper and Shawn Hay were two of only eight professionals across the United States to earn this elite distinction.

Tyler, TX (April 8, 2021) — Recognizing both the tremendous food gap that exists in our own communities, and the East Texas Food Bank’s remarkable mission to create a hunger-free East Texas, Datamax felt moved to do its own small part to help.

Coppell, TX, Feb. 22 , 2021 — For the eighth straight year, Datamax Inc. is considered the "Best of the Best" among Canon dealers, achieving Advanced Partner Status with the copier manufacturer for 2021.

This "Best of the Best" recognition once again places Datamax among the elite few within the Canon Authorized Dealership community, as less than 10 percent of these dealers qualify for the Advanced Partner Program.

Tyler, TX (Dec. 23, 2020) — Datamax “elves” in East Texas put a few more gifts under the tree for families in need by partnering with the Salvation Army of Tyler and its signature Angel Tree Program.

The collection of clothes and toys were delivered to the local Salvation Army headquarters in Tyler, where Christmas gift items for more than 1,800 children and nearly 300 seniors were being collected and distributed.
