Take a moment and think about the last post-sale satisfaction survey you participated in. Of all the questions, was there one that you felt truly expressed your feelings about your loyalty? According to the Harvard Business Review, questions used to obtain measurements of client satisfaction and retention in many industries provide ambiguous indications of client loyalty. To get to the heart of client loyalty, a company can discover the answer with a single question: “How likely is it that you would recommend our company to a friend or colleague?

So, how likely are our clients to refer us? We are proud to say that our current Net Promoter Score (NPS)® is 94.1 (last 6 months). According to the Harvard Business Review, companies with the most enthusiastic client referrals receive “net-promoter” scores of 75% to more than 80%—the target for companies aiming to garner world-class loyalty.

We are extremely proud of this score, but we won’t rest on our laurels. We don’t take our hard-earned reputation for granted and will continue to earn your rave reviews every day.
