Canon ATSP - 14 Straight Years (2020-2007)
Datamax is the only independent dealer/service provider in the region, and one of only four in the nation, to achieve ATSP — Canon’s highest standard for service training certification — for 14 straight years.
Canon’s Association of Technical Service Professionals (ATSP) recognizes Datamax for having more than 75% of its service representatives certified within their program (Datamax certified 100% of its Service Representatives for 2019.) Through a series of exhaustive exams, the ATSP program challenges Canon Authorized Dealership technical support professionals to confirm their skills and knowledge utilized in the support of Canon Copiers and Printers. When a client sees the Canon ATSP logo, they can be assured that the technical support professional responding to their call has the highest industry standard of service certification and manufacturer training to effectively solve any problem.
Canon ADVANCED PARTNER - 8 Straight Years (2021-2014)
Datamax Inc. has also been selected as an elite member of Canon’s Advanced Partner Program due to our high level of product sales and service performance. The Advanced Partner Program recognizes the very best in the dealer community with less than 10% qualifying for this elite distinction. Qualifying for this program is contingent on providing high-quality products and solutions with high-quality service and business practices. Additionally, the Advanced Partner Program provides technical “fast pass” support, priority service training and additional access to “exclusive” training offerings from Canon.
Lexmark BUSINESS SOLUTIONS DIAMOND PARTNER - (2020-2018)
Since the program's inception in 2018, Datamax Inc. has achieved Business Solutions Diamond Partner Level within Lexmark's Partner Connect Program. Diamond Level is Lexmark's highest partner level, putting Datamax in the top tier of BSDs nationwide. Diamond Level also offers enhanced benefits, including key product service offerings, in-depth training, and more. Additionally, Barry Simon, Datamax's president, is also Lexmark's current Dealer Council president.
Konica Minolta PRO-TECH - Four Years (2017-2014)
The Pro-Tech Service Award recognizes Datamax’s ability to demonstrate an exceptional commitment to customer support and satisfaction. The Pro-Tech Service standard is difficult to achieve and the evaluation procedure is exhaustive. Every element of the Datamax’s service operation – management skills, inventory control, technical expertise, dispatch systems, customer satisfaction, and more – was scrutinized and measured.
