As you’re aware since COVID-19 began, the IT world became a high priority for everyone, especially government entities like us that weren't really prepared for a pandemic on multiple fronts. I’ve been working a lot with Faraz lately, as well as Patsy, Kenneth and Neal, on multiple tickets for some projects to help us respond to the technical challenges of the pandemic and remote working. This team has been an absolute pleasure to work with, they provide extremely effective communications about what we’re working on, and excellent response times on our tickets. As Lee and Richard will you tell you, I have a history of not giving 5 star tickets in the past for some valid reasons, mainly being I always believe everyone can use some improvement but I have changed that over the last year or so after understanding how the ticket ratings work. “Jeremiah (our Field Service Technician) is always extremely responsive and courteous. Super nice guy. Goes above and beyond what is needed to accommodate our needs. On one occasion our copier was down and we were not able to print for a funeral service the next day as parts werent available for some reason. But he made it happen and came back the next morning, unscheduled, to fix the machine and we were able to print for the funeral. I have had the same level of service from Sean as well. Great employees that know their jobs.”

The people that work there seem to care about how things go in, how they are set up and if we can actually use the machines like we want. Lauren went out of her way to make sure I understood when the copiers would arrive, what was going to happen, who would be there to help and eventually, how and when we would be trained. I asked him on several occasions to follow up on something and he did that, which can be rare sometimes, but not for Shawn. “Daniel (our Field Service Supervisor) is a rare jewel in the service world. He exhausted all efforts to repair the problem with our Konica. When it was apparent that it could not be repaired, he scheduled to deliver a loaner machine to our office. But it didn't stop there as he offered to print our church bulletin programs for us AND he delivered the 1,300 bulletins to my home so I could get them to the church for the Sunday morning service. WHO DOES THAT?!?! It was so thoughtful and so professional. He's an amazing example of what customer service means.”

Our Business Process Consultant, Lisa, and her team responded to every challenge and in the end her company delivered on a performance demonstration that no other bidder could meet. Based upon this performance, along with their very competitive economic proposal, we selected them to become our provider effective June 1, 2013. “He pinpointed the problem very quickly and immediately came up with a solution. He tested and re-tested the printer from his computer as well as several different staff persons' computers and made sure we were up and running again.
