This recognition isn't just about conventional equipment certification; it entails navigating a rigorous series of up to six exams crafted according to Canon's proprietary testing methodology, all conducted online. This recognition positions Datamax as a continued industry leader in metrics such as Response + Resolution Time, First Call Completion Rate, etc.; i.e., higher uptime for clients.
