About Michael
Michael started his career as a Field Service Technician in the Tyler office in 2016. After showing a great aptitude for problem-solving and demonstrating a rapid advancement in his technical expertise, Michael was promoted to Lead Technician, and in 2019, Field Supervisor for East Texas.
In May 2023, Michael earned the promotion to Service Manager. In this role, he supports 13 Field Service Technicians in Tyler, Longview, Lufkin, and Sulphur Springs, but also manages key service quality metrics such as Average Response Time, Response + Resolution Time, First Call Completion Rate, car stock inventory, etc.
