About Justin

Justin entered the Office Equipment industry in 2004, starting in the Delivery Department. In 2005, he began learning shop roles such as setting up machines and troubleshooting small problems in-house. Justin worked as a Service Technician for 10 years, before being named  Service Manager in November of 2015. Since that time, Justin has overseen the Field Service Technicians in the Tyler marketplace for East Texas Copy Systems, and now Datamax. He has also worked in the field as a Production Specialist and was Datamax's Field Service Manager for East Texas.

As of 2023, Justin serves as the Director of Operations for the East Texas marketplace. In October 2021, he was awarded Canon USA’s Association of Technical Service Professionals (ATSP) Master Level Certification. At the time, he was only one of eight professionals in the country to do so.

Free Time: Coaching Kids softball, playing on Lake Tyler, and soaking up the sun on the beach
