Why Datamax? Datamax was supposed to be my stepping stone into the real world. I never imagined I would work in the business field, but I love it.
Days at Datamax:
Jackie was born in Orange County, CA. One of 5 sisters, she moved to Texas at the age of 15. After graduating from high school, Jackie decided to go to college full time while working part-time. She graduated from the University of North Texas in 2014, and in her quest to seek new employment, she discovered Datamax. Here, Jackie started as an Administration Assistant at Datamax and, shortly after that, moved into the Equipment Billing Coordinator position. Two years later, she was offered the opportunity to become an Administration/ClientConnect Supervisor.
In April 2019, Jackie was promoted to her current role as Datamax's Administration/ClientConnect Manager. Jackie oversees all aspects of administration with a support staff of thirteen (13) team members. Her responsibilities include Dispatch, Project Leader, MPS Administrator, Customer Service Representatives, Sales Support, Collections, Supplies, Training Specialist, Greeter, Equipment moves, etc. Her goal is to always strive for the best for herself, her team, and Datamax.

Free Time: Spending time with my husband and dog. Enjoys cooking and singing.
