ITT/Logistics Coordinator (Dallas/Fort Worth)

The ITT/Logistics Coordinator is a professional that ensures inter-territorial transfer contracts are processed correctly. They will strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction by communicating with our partner dealers, and verifying deliveries are processed and installed in a timely manner.

They will also create and track equipment moves, rental movement, and communicate with the warehouse and shop while creating and maintaining the delivery schedules for the DFW area.

This employee will also work with various departments in scheduling deliveries for the DFW area, coordinating moves in and out of state, and will be working with 3rd party carriers to meet our customers’ needs throughout the U.S.

Job Responsibilities

  • Processes and manages interterritorial orders from start to finish
  • Identify and maintain a list of participating interterritorial dealers and reference materials associated with dealer compensation rates
  • Build and manage relationships with other dealers including negotiating rates with dealers and other vendors and have efficient communications with clients to ensure approvals in a timely manner
  • Provide outstanding customer service for our customers and partner dealers by researching and answering questions with a pleasant and positive attitude
  • Receive and process all Texas inbound and national ITT pricing requests and associated sales orders and fulfill sales orders when ready, ensuring proper set up of contracts
  • Manage and make available all necessary documents for processing and supporting both incoming and outgoing ITT's
  • Manage incoming interterritorial customer accounts inclusive of customer records and contacts
  • Assist with approving dealer invoices for outbound customers
  • Handle disputes of meters on ITT invoices
  • Communicate with our partner dealers to receive our POD’s (proof of deliveries) once dealer has delivered
  • Maintain delivery schedule for DFW trucks
  • Monitor all daily activities and work with team leaders and managers to coordinate all deliveries
  • Schedule and track moves for customers
  • Help update sales order report daily

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office admin, customer service or dispatch is a plus
  • Excellent skills in communication, customer service, problem-solving
  • Good judgment with the ability to think on their feet and possibly out of the box
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be a team-oriented person but be able to work independently when necessary
