About Daniel

Daniel Ketchum started his career at then-Minolta in 1999 as a Smart System Installer. Two years later, he applied at Datamax based on a friend’s recommendation and was hired as a service technician on Segment Three Equipment.

After only one year with the organization, he qualified for President’s Club (now Ambassador’s Club) for superior service performance. After leaving Datamax briefly to pursue route sales for a regional coffee company, Daniel rejoined Datamax and would be promoted to lead technician, supervisor (where he would again make Ambassador’s Club), and, in 2018,  as Field Services Manager.

As a Field Services Manager, Daniel’s role includes overseeing the connectivity install team and the production systems technicians across the Dallas/Fort Worth marketplace.
